Overview

HqO Apps page is your home base for daily operations. This is where users can manage resource bookings, visitors, work orders, mobile access, and any other apps. In addition, connected apps give users easy access to integrated partners that are enabled in the building.

Key Features

  • App Shortcuts: Direct links to native HqO apps for Resource Booking, Visitor Management, and Work Orders

  • Quick Create Action: Initiate actions directly from the home page to streamline workflows

Exploring Quick Actions

  • On the home page, you may notice on the bottom right a quick Create action button with shortcuts for common creation tasks across the HqO Admin functionality

  • Click on these + Create button to initiate actions such as creating content or notifications (based on roles)

  • Create actions include:

    • Resource

      • Navigates to Resource creation form

      • Available to Operator

    • Resource Booking

      • Navigates to Resource Booking app set up

      • Available to Manager

  • User must have the appropriate role to have the creation option available for that function
