The App Support Integration is a dedicated utility button that allows app users to submit questions, issues, and bugs directly to the HqO support team. This means your team will not be inundated with a flow of questions regarding the app

Mobile App Experience
Users click on the Support utility button (the label is customizable) and are immediately directed to a quick form to fill out that includes: the type of request, subject, descriptions, and attachments.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email letting you know your request has been received. The HqO support team will simultaneously receive submission along with the necessary information including the user’s name and the building the user is attached to, in order to triage and answer any issues.
Configuring App Support
Please note: This functionality is not currently available for all users in HqO Admin. If your app does not have a support button, please contact your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.
