Navigate to REX Assessment management
To launch the REX Assessment, there are a few ways navigate to the REX Assessment tool:
On the Home page banner, click the Launch REX Assessment button
On the tenant company list, click Launch REX Assessment on a company with no REX Score
On a tenant’s profile, click the Launch REX Assessment button
On the left nav, navigate to Intelligence > REX Assessment
Generating REX Assessment link
To generate REX Assessment link in the REX Assessments list:
Find or search for the building that you want to generate the REX Assessment link for
Click the Generate link button
Confirm the list of tenant companies for that building, then click the Generate button
Users will be asked to select the company they work for at the building. Example of the company question on the REX Assessment:
After you click the Generate button, then the Generating link will appear. Click Close button,
Once REX Assessment link is generated, it will be available in the table. Click the Copy button to deploy and share the link
The list of building REX Assessments includes the Date & time the link was generated and the # of Responses once available
Re-generating REX Assessment link
If a new tenant is added to the building, then you can regenerate REX Assessment link by clicking the Regenerate link button
Regenerating the REX Assessment link will refresh the company question on the REX Assessment to include the current tenant companies for that building
Once REX Assessment link is regenerated, the tenant company question will be updated. The link will remain the same, the Date & time will be updated
Ways to deploy REX Assessment
Once the REX Assessment link is generated HqO recommends distributing the REX Assessment link by:
Create content: Create a piece of content with the link in a call to action (CTA) button
Connect with app users and promote using push notifications
Share link: Send the link to tenant company contacts to distribute to employees
Easy to provide tenant contacts to include in email campaigns, slack or other communications
QR Code: Create a QR code for the link and promote at the property
The REX Assessment link is embedded in the QR code. Scanning the QR code with a smartphone directs users to the REX Assessment.
Provides a seamless and interactive way for users to access the REX Assessment
QR code image can be printed on physical materials (posters, brochures), digital screens, or emails.
