The Building Overview Page provides a dedicated view of individual properties, making it easy to review key details and take action. With intuitive navigation and quick-edit functionality, it allows users to efficiently update building information, ensuring data accuracy.
Visitor Management: Custom Notes for Seamless Check-Ins
The Advanced Visitor Invitation Settings provides landlords with enhanced control over tenant visitor management allowing them to determine both the default duration for visitor invites and the maximum time into the future tenants are allowed to schedule visitor invitations. These settings ensure secure visitor scheduling, aligning with building business hours and operational policies.

Landlords can now provide percentage-based discounts on resource bookings, providing a tailored and hospitable experience for tenants. Whether adjusting pricing for select tenants, offering time-based discounts, or creating special rates for key tenant groups, this new feature gives property teams the flexibility to create special offers and support tenant needs. With the ability to set discount percentages, durations, and eligibility, landlords can ensure their spaces are utilized while driving stronger tenant relationships.

Maximize demand and optimize resource usage with flexible pricing options for bookings. Property teams can now set fixed rates (a set price per hour or per day), block pricing for half-day and full-day reservations, or tiered pricing, which allows a base price for a set duration with a lower rate for additional hours. With clear price breakdowns before checkout, tenants gain full transparency, making it easier to choose the option that best fits their needs. The OpenPath Integration for Resource Bookings enables seamless access control for HqO Resource Booking users by integrating with OpenPath’s access management system. By linking booked resources to OpenPath Access Levels, users can seamlessly unlock and access their reserved spaces during the booking window—eliminating the need for manual intervention and ensuring a frictionless booking experience.
