REX Assessment
Overview
The REX Assessment is the industry-leading tool for quantifying employees’ work styles, preferences and overall satisfaction.
The Assessment is the first step in giving a voice to the end user while empowering organizations to gain actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decisions to create a work environment that better aligns with employee expectations.
The REX Assessment is a mobile and desktop-friendly survey that takes about 10 minutes to complete.
A user must complete the survey for the results to be recorded. If the user doesn't finish the survey we do not receive any results from that user.
The REX Assessment is made up of 3 components (sections).
Workplace Impact - Impact refers to how the overall workplace design influences and affects employees' personal sense of community, pride, satisfaction, and well-being within the workspace.
Workplace Activities - Activities refer to the tasks, interactions, and work processes that that are important to an employee’s role and how well the design supports these activities.
Physical & Services Features - Features refer to the physical and services offerings of a workspace that are considered crucial for creating an effective work environment and how satisfied are employees with them.

Workplace Impact
This section assesses Workplace Impact, which measures how the overall building and office design impacts personal sense of productivity, pride, etc. There are 11 Workplace impact questions.
Question Format

This section assesses which activities are important to employees and how well each is supported. There are 21 Activities across 5 categories.
