AK Preparedness Overview

AK Preparedness is a pioneer of emergency preparedness services for office buildings, corporations, residential properties, and more. They support features such as: planning maps & diagrams, training plans and emergency response plans. HqO utilizes a SAML integration with AK Preparedness, which will allow end users to bypass a re-authentication step when using the feature.

Admin Experience

All Admin experiences will remain in Angus’ back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app. 

Configuring AK Preparedness

To start the implementation process for this feature, reach out to your Implementation Manager and/or Customer Success Team to let them know of your interest. They will then work on getting the integration set up for your specific site. Once the HqO team sets up the integration, they will test the functionality, which might require your assistance.
