Cloudgate Overview

By including your Cloudgate’s visitor management solution in the HqO experience, your end users will be able to access all their key technology within the HqO app experience to streamline their day-to-day activities.

HqO supports Cloudgate’s Visitor Registration/Management solution.

Mobile Experience

  • Visitor registration & management cycle automation through self-serve

  • Mobile access and facial recognition access

  • Invite and notification content management

  • Employee and contractor Prox card activation capability

  • Watch lists

  • Additional Soloinsight (but not supported by HqO) modules: 

    • Dock management 

    • Guest Wifi 

    • Health Screening 

    • Parking

Admin Experience

Configuring Cloudgate

To configure Cloudgate within the HqO app, the following information will need to be collected:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • Building ID (aka Location ID)

  • Application ID

To gather this information, please reach out to your Cloudgate representative. Please include your HqO Customer Success Manager and/or Implementation Manager to answer any questions.

Once this information is collected, please share it with your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager to complete the configuration in HqO.

If you do not have Cloudgate included in your HqO Contract, or you are interested in learning more about the offering from Cloudgate, please reach out to your HqO Customer Success Manager to learn more.

Currently, the HqO & Cloudgate integration is available in North America only.
