Corrigo
Corrigo Overview
Corrigo is a facilities management platform. End users are able to submit work orders, view previous work orders, view status changes, and receive email notifications with status changes.

HqO & Corrigo
The end user workflow will mirror their existing Corrigo experience. Admins will continue to manage all requests in the Corrigo Admin Portal. HqO utilizes a SAML integration with Corrigo, which will allow end users to bypass a re-authentication step when using the feature.
Mobile Experience
Submit a service request (location, pre-listed asset/task, description, photo)
Try to fix issue on their own with the self-help content provided
Edit or cancel submitted request
Receive email notifications when status changes
Admin Experience
All Admin experiences will remain in Corrigo’s back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app.
Configuring Corrigo
To start the implementation process for this feature, reach out to your Implementation Manager and/or Customer Success Team to let them know of your interest. They will then work on getting the integration set up for your specific site.
In order to get this integration implemented, the HqO team will need to work with someone from your organization who has access to the Corrigo Admin Portal. Once the HqO team sets up the integration, they will test the functionality, which might require your assistance. The integration should be live within 4-6 weeks from when you kick off the process.
