LiveSafe/Vector Solutions Overview

LiveSafe provides a mobile social safety application for individuals and safety officials to collaborate and build safer communities. HqO & LiveSafe/Vector Solutions

Commercial office owners that deploy the HqO / LiveSafe integration to their portfolio will benefit in the following ways:

Admin Experience

All Admin experiences will remain in LiveSafe’s back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app

Configuring LiveSafe/Vector Solutions

To configure the LiveSafe integration within the HqO app, you will need to provide HqO the following information:

• LiveSafe Organization ID (specific to each customer)

• Emergency Phone Number

• Work Orders

• Phone Number

• API Keys

Please work with your point of contact at LiveSafe/Vector Solutions to collect this information.

Once provided to HqO, it typically takes 2-4 weeks to set up a new LiveSafe integration and complete testing.
