OSIS Overview
OSIS is a JLL space management platform that supports: floor plans, desk booking, check in and check out solutions. The OSIS portal drives wayfinding applications and kiosks to help end users find peers and spaces. The end users workflows will mirror their existing OSIS experience. HqO utilizes a SAML integration with OSIS, which will allow end users to bypass a re-authentication step when using the feature.

Mobile Experience
User can set “working location”
User can view reservations, desks, etc
User can book reservation, desks, etc
User can find an employee
User can find a room
User can view “My Team”
User can view floor plan
Admin Experience
All Admin experiences will remain in OSIS' back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app.
Configuring OSIS
To start the implementation process for this feature, reach out to your Implementation Manager and/or Customer Success Team to let them know of your interest. They will then work on getting the integration set up for your specific site. Once the HqO team sets up the integration, they will test the functionality, which might require your assistance.
The integration should be live within 4-6 weeks from when you kick off the process.
