Depending on your buildings configuration, you will need to be invited to the platform by a member of the property staff - or another member of your team.

Role Overview

Visitor Registration Administrator

• Can submit visitors

  • Can change the host to an employee of their tenant company that is active in HqO

• Can view all visitors for their tenant company

• Can edit visits

• Can submit multi-day visits

Visitor Registration Host

• Can submit visitors

• Can only view visits submitted by them

• Can edit visits

• Can submit multi-day visits
