These are suggestions for how you can promote your Web App launch and drive adoption among your tenants:

Tenant Newsletter Template
A quick way to reach users already on the app to let them know about web access.
Email Template for Non-Users
Send from your own email system to reach POCs or tenant groups who haven't signed up yet.
Customized One-Pager
Include your logo, a brief intro to the browser version, and a QR code that links to your Web URL.
Lobby Signage with QR Codes
Add QR codes to posters or screens in lobbies, encouraging tenants to register or log in.
Registration Giveaway
Consider offering a small reward or raffle entry for users who register via web in the first week.
Push Notification
If you’re also using mobile, send a notification directing users to check out the browser experience.

Your HqO team will help you:

Confirm your Web URL (either new or matching your current app URL with .co)
Apply branding elements (logo, color, welcome message, etc.)
Configure SSO / authentication if needed
Redirect any existing web traffic once you're ready to launch

You’ll receive a cutover date and can continue to update branding over time.
