Welcome to your central resource for configuring the Web App experience to match your brand. This page covers all the tools and guidance needed to personalize your platform — from setting up your landing page to styling your theme and about page.

🎨 Customization Overview

1. Landing Page Branding

Your login screen is the first impression tenants see — make it on brand.

Configurable Elements:

• Logo: Upload your company or building logo.

• Favicon: Customize the icon displayed in the browser tab.

• Login Image: Set a background image for the login screen.

• Welcome Message: Define the title and subtitle (e.g., “Welcome to [Building Name]”).

• Primary Brand Color: Applied to buttons and interactive highlights.

💡 You can update any of these elements post-launch as needed.

2. Hero Image & Primary Color

Your Web App theme helps establish a consistent and branded experience.

• Hero Image: Pulled from the “Welcome Card Background” in the Themes tab. We recommend a solid color or soft gradient for clean desktop display.

• Primary Color: This color appears across:

  • Sidebar navigation highlights

  • Pills and tags on content

  • Call-to-action buttons

  • QR code elements promoting mobile download

This ensures your web experience aligns with your brand identity right out of the box.

3. About Page Setup

Let tenants and visitors learn more about your space.

• Building Image: Upload an image that reflects your property.

• Building Description: Share what makes your space unique — this content appears directly on your “About” page.

🛠 To update: Visit your building profile at https://gohqo.co/buildings → Search for your building → Click “Edit” → Update the image and description fields. Changes apply automatically.

Web Domain

To customize your Web branding, you must determine your custom domain.

Example:

• If your mobile app is called “HqO Park” (North America app), your web domain would be “hqopark.hqo.com”

• If your mobile app is called “La Tour” (FFM/EMEA app), your web domain would be “latour.ffm.hqo.com”
