Web

Web offers your tenants or employees a desktop version of the app, which mirrors the mobile app experience on their desktop.

Web Domain

To customize your Web branding, you must determine your custom domain.

North America: www.customername.hqo.com

FFM/EMEA: www.customername.ffm.hqo.com

Example:

If your mobile app is called “HqO Park” (North America app), your web domain would be “hqopark.hqo.com”
If your mobile app is called “La Tour” (FFM/EMEA app), your web domain would be “latour.ffm.hqo.com”

If you do not have an HqO White Label (customized branding), and you are using the HqO Grey Label, the web domain is: https://hqotower.co/login

To launch the web you will need to obtain the following materials:

Step 1: High-Resolution Building Photo

You will need to obtain high-resolution images for the header and building images and images for your utility buttons if desired.

Best Practice

If a customer wants to use an image with wording, please note that the wording should be placed as far on the left hand side as possible. The building image and login field displays differently depending on what size screen/monitor the user is using and the wording can get partially covered by the login page (on the right hand side).

Step 2: Determine Icons

The “utility buttons” on Web will default to the building image if icons are not determined.

Web Set Up Via HqO Admin

HqO will configure the new desktop experience for your team. This typically takes 4 weeks to complete.

Once you have confirmed Branding, Icons, and Domain, please reach out to your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager with the materials and request to have Web set up in HqO Admin.

To view content within web, scroll vertically. Utility buttons will appear first, following homepage headers.
