Amenities Overview
The amenities section highlights your site’s amenities and provides all users with the necessary information to utilize them.
Configuring The Amenities Section In HqO Admin
To view the Amenities section in your app, the Building Amenities Utility Button will need to be created and checked off. Reach out to your dedicated CSM/ Implementation Manager to confirm.
Step 1: To add an amenity, navigate to the pop-out on the left-hand side of your screen and select the ‘Modules’ button.

Step 2: Select ‘Amenities (Posts)’

Step 3: Click “Create / Edit Sections” to create a header section
Step 4: To create a new amenity click on ‘New amenity’ under the section you would like it to live

Step 5: Upload an image of the amenity, fill in the name of the amenity, and fill in the description

Step 6: Select ‘Create Amenity’ to save the content tile

Editing Amenity Tiles
To Move: To move an amenity tile, click on the piece of content, click edit and change the category to your desired header section.
To Delete: To delete an amenity tile, click on the piece of content, click edit, and click delete. You will then be asked to type the word “delete” to proceed, follow these steps.
