Content Overview
HqO offers self-service capabilities within Experience Manager (XM) for building out content in your app(s). Content allows you to seamlessly interact and communicate with your users. By adding content to your app(s), your users can access essential information in one spot.

Use Cases
On the Content Creator page of Experience Manager (XM), you will be able to populate your app with various forms of content for different communication purposes. Content use cases can include but are not limited to:
Memos
You can utilize content to share static building information, important property announcements, neighborhood guides, and more. Keep your users informed about everything they need to know about your property, in one place.

You can utilize content to communicate upcoming events at your property. Promote virtual, hybrid, and onsite events by providing your users with important information and details in a quick and accessible way. You can additionally collect and manage user RSVPs for events directly through content.
Deals
You can utilize content to promote deals and perks your users have access to for being a tenant at your building. Promote onsite retail deals, local business deals, and other opportunities that will surprise and delight your users. You can additionally enable the Claims feature to keep track of users who want to take advantage of your deals.
Incentive-Based Content (Giveaways, Games, etc.)
You can utilize content to engage your users with incentive-based experiences and opportunities. Run your own raffles, polls, games, interactive submissions, and more to treat your users to fun entertainment options alongside your other content.

Content Management Overview
Navigating to the Content Creator in XM
To create and manage content, navigate to the Content Creator in Experience Manager (XM) by one of two paths on the homepage:
a. Directly below the Welcome message, click on the “Content Management” module.
b. In the lefthand navigation menu, click on the “Content” tab which can be found directly below the Building Picker dropdown.

On the Content Creator page, there are four main tabs that you will navigate between to create and manage content. These four tabs are indicated below:

Content Creator Tabs:
Homescreen: Live & upcoming content in the app
Content 2 (Spotlight): Content that has been chosen to be featured on its own dedicated tab in the app
Explore: Content that has a custom audience attached to it but has not been assigned a homepage section yet
Archive: Content that has expired and no longer displays in the app
