1. Click the “Update now” link in the email, log into the Apple Developer page, or go directly to the Apple ID website and log in with their Apple Developer account credentials.

2. On the left side, select “Payment & Shipping”.

 

3. Click “Add a payment method”.

 

 

4. Add credit card information and click “Save Changes”.

5. Sign back into the Apple Developer portal afterwards to ensure that there are no additional actions to take.

Auto Renew Failed

1. Go to the Apple Developer portal, log in, and follow the prompts to add a valid payment method and renew your account.

Program License Agreement Update

Email Received: At least once a year, Apple sends out an updated Program License Agreement for Account Holders to accept. Apple notifies Account Holders via email when these agreements are rolled out:

Action Needed: Log in to Apple Developer with your email and password and accept the agreement. This is mandatory for your app certificate to be renewed. HqO cannot accept this on your behalf.
