Completing the EU Digital Services Act
Articles 30 and 31 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) require Apple to verify and display trader contact information for all traders distributing apps on the App Store in the European Union (EU). This includes an address, phone number, and email address that you provide to Apple for the purpose of posting on your App Store product page in accordance with the DSA. Once verified, Apple will publish this information on your App Store product page when your app is distributed in any of the 27 territories of the EU.
Note: Even if you don’t distribute apps in the EU, you’ll still need to declare a trader status.
You must have a least the role of Admin to complete the following steps
Click on Business on the top navigation bar
Click on Complete Compliance Requirements

A pop up will appear in which you will need to select your account trader status. Select the first option if the app is accessible in the EU region, select the second option if the app is only to be released in the US/Canada.

If the app is to be released in Europe and you select the first option you will click next and get the following page.

Country Calling Code
For example: +33
Contact Phone Number
Contact Email Address
It is very important that you have direct access to the Contact Phone Number and the Contact Email Address as Apple will be sending confirmation codes to both locations which you will need to verify.
Hit next and you will be taken to a page to verify the phone number via a confirmation code as well as the email.
Once both codes are confirmed you are done!
