Overview

You can manage your existing utility buttons by reordering and permissioning the buttons.

Ordering Utility Buttons

We are able to easily adjust the order of your utility buttons as they appear on the homescreen of your app. We recommend ordering the most frequently used buttons towards the top so that when logging in the end user sees that utility first. Order of importance being ranked from 1 onward, with 1 being most important.

 Please note: This functionality is not currently available for all users in HqO Admin. If you would like to make changes to the order of your utility buttons as they appear on the homescreen of your app, please contact your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.

 Permissioning Utility Buttons

By permissioning utility tiles, only certain determined users will be able to view a selected utility tile. For example, if a user does not have authorization to create a Work Order through the Angus integration, they will not be able to view the utility tile. This is not required, but can be a better user experience for non-authorized users.

Please note: This functionality is not currently available for all users in HqO Admin. If you would like to add permissions to your utility buttons, please contact your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.
