Utility Buttons

Overview

Utility buttons serve as the main functionality of your workplace experience app and give end users easy access to the actions they can take in your building. These actions can be to open HqO modules, access 3rd-party applications, or view other websites on HqO’s in-app web viewer.

Your utility buttons are created via HqO Admin and are viewable on both the HqO apps and HqO web instances.

Please note: This functionality is not currently available for all users in HqO Admin. If you would like to change your app’s utility buttons, please contact your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.
