Admin Roles:
Viewer: Can view engagement analytics, audiences, users, and content.
Programmer: Can edit and create content. Can view audiences and users.
Operator: Can edit and create audiences. Can view users.
Manager: Can edit & create audiences and notifications. Can view users.
User Admin [cannot be assigned in isolation, the user must have one of the other roles]: Can edit non-admin users (add sites, remove sites, delete users) and edit admin users (add admins, assign/remove XM Admin user roles)
End-User Permissions:
End-user permissions can be assigned on a user-by-user basis. This allows you to permission specific tech functionalities (utility buttons) to be visible to a certain set of users. By assigning permissions on a user-by-user basis, you can ensure that each user only has access to the functionalities that are relevant to their role and responsibilities.
