Mobile Access/Digital Keys

Mobile Access with HqO: Supported Systems & Recommendations

HqO’s mobile access experience is designed to make getting into your building as seamless as tapping your phone. With native support for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, employees and visitors can access secured spaces with just their smartphone — no Bluetooth pairing, no extra app launches, no friction.

Whether you're outfitting a new building or upgrading your existing systems, here’s a quick guide to the access control systems (ACS) we support directly, and how to pick the right one for your needs.

Wallet-Based Mobile Credentials

Our platform supports native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet credentials through a direct integration with:

  • HID Origo

This is our recommended solution for properties that want the best mobile access experience available today — fast, secure, and compatible with both iOS and Android out of the box.

To enable mobile credentials via Wallet, you’ll also need a supported Access Control System (ACS) connected to HID Origo. This connection allows the credentials to be securely issued, managed, and synced with your building’s access infrastructure.

If you're selecting or upgrading your ACS, keep this requirement in mind — it’s the foundation for delivering a seamless, tap-to-access experience.

Full Access Control + Visitor Management Support

If you're looking to manage not only mobile credentials but also visitor access (including QR code check-in and lobby systems), we offer deep integrations with:

  • Lenel S2 NetBox

  • Lenel OnGuard

  • Software House CCURE 9000

These systems are ideal for larger or more complex properties, especially when visitor flows, security compliance, or tenant management are key considerations.

Mobile Credential-Only Systems

For properties that don't need visitor check-in functionality but want a modern, cloud-based credentialing system, we also support:

  • Genea

Genea is a great choice for simpler mobile access needs and can be a cost-effective option for buildings with limited front desk operations.
