The following document walks through the steps to take when access to the Apple Developer account has been lost due to change in personnel.
Start by gathering the necessary information. HqO can help gather this information if they were added to the account previously:
Entity name <- also known as the account name
Team ID
Account type: Organization or Personal ← typically this is Organization
Additionally, it might be helpful to have the following information handy during the follow-up correspondence with Apple, as they will require identification:
D-U-N-S Number: A unique nine-digit number identifying your business
Typically your HR department should be able to provide this information.
Your Role and Authority: Documentation proving you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the organization (e.g., business card, company letterhead, or legal documents).
