Audit Trail
Overview
The Audit Trail is a chronological log of key events that a user takes in HqO Admin that provides evidence of those events. The Audit Trail captures the date and user that performed each event.
HqO Admin Experience
Viewing the Report
User must have one of the following roles to view the report:
Internal Manager
Landlord Manager
Landlord Super Admin
Landlord Security Admin
Navigate to User > Audit Trail
When generating the report the user must indicate a date range
Click “Download report” button to download CSV
Report Format
Report is in CSV format
Report is scoped to the data one customer
Report includes the following fields:
Date - UTC timestamp of the logging event
User UUID - User UUID of the user who performed the action
User’s Name (First & Last) - User first/last name of the user who performed the action
User Email - User Email of the user who performed the action
Building (Name) action was taken in
Building UUID - Building UUID of the building the action was taken in
Title - Short text description of the event
Value - Short additional information that is useful for the event
Data will not expire and will not be removed after a certain timeframe
