HqO's new tagging system elevates CRM performance by giving property teams a clear, structured way to understand every relationship across their portfolio. The Enhanced Content Builder transforms how properties communicate with tenants. With a more dynamic, media-rich experience, teams can now create content that feels like a modern newsletter — complete with embedded images, videos, and direct attachments from the File Repository.

Multi-Session Events

Flexible Event Formats, All in One Place

You can now create events with multiple bookable sessions — like 30-minute massages, small fitness classes, or time-based activities — all within a single event in HqO. Each session has its own time, capacity, and attendee list.

Guests can choose the time that works best for them, join waitlists if a slot is full, and get confirmations and calendar reminders — just like standard events today. No more needing third-party tools like Calendly or Eventbrite to manage staggered bookings.
