February 2026

Smarter Bookings, Deeper Intelligence

Credits, Concierge Booking, and New Analytics Dashboards

This month, we're introducing powerful new tools for Resource Booking and Intelligence that give property teams more control over amenity access, enable white-glove tenant service, and surface the insights needed to make better decisions.

Each update strengthens the foundation — tying together financial flexibility, operational efficiency, and data-driven engagement to help property teams maximize the value of every shared space and interaction.

Resource Booking: Credits

Transform Amenities Into Valuable Tenant Perks

Landlords can now assign credits for booking shared resources such as meeting rooms and amenities. This flexible approach helps build stronger tenant relationships and encourages tenants to make better use of shared spaces. Credits can be included in leases, offered as perks, or used to keep access fair across tenants.

Key Capabilities:

  • Flexible Assignment: Assign credits to all users within a tenant, or target specific users or roles

  • Controlled Access: Allocate credits across all resources or limit them to specific spaces

  • Automated Distribution: Configure recurring credits with customizable schedules and rollover rules

  • Flexible Pricing Models: Support fixed rates, block pricing, or tiered pricing configurations

  • Detailed Reporting: Monitor credit allocations, transactions, active users, and redemption patterns

  • Real-Time Tenant Visibility: End users can view credit balances and choose between credits or standard payment at checkout

Resource Booking: Paid Bookings in Admin

Unlock Flexible Payment Options for Booking on Behalf of Tenants

Property and hospitality teams can now book paid resources on behalf of tenants without being limited to credit card payment at the time of booking. Flexible payment methods make it easy to deliver concierge-level service while maintaining accurate billing, cost tracking, and financial controls.

Key Capabilities:

  • Admin Booking for Tenants: Book paid resources on behalf of tenants directly from Admin

  • Multiple Payment Methods: Choose from payment options based on building, tenant, and user configurations

  • Credits at Checkout: Pay using tenant credits with real-time balance validation

  • Invoice Billing: Record transactions for billing and reconciliation

  • Waived Payments: Support VIP bookings, promotions, or service recovery scenarios with the ability to waive payment entirely

Intelligence: Feature Dashboards

Unlock Deeper Insights Into Platform Performance

Intelligence now includes feature-specific dashboards that bring together deeper performance reporting for key verticals, starting with Access utilization and Content performance. Property teams can move beyond surface-level metrics to understand what's driving on-site presence and engagement — and use those insights to improve experience strategy and prove impact.

What's Included:

  • Access Dashboard: Dive deeper into building utilization using access scan data, with initial support for Lenel NetBox (ACS) and HID Origo BLE. Lenel includes full scan coverage (physical badge and wallet), while Origo BLE captures mobile credential scans provisioned through HqO.

  • Content Dashboard: Understand which content types, events, and communications are driving the most tenant engagement — so teams can focus on what performs best and optimize future programming.

Web App Enhancements

A More Flexible and Polished Digital Experience

A set of targeted improvements to the Tenant Web App make it more configurable, visually polished, and easier for tenants to engage with property content.

What's New:

  • Utility Button Controls: Configure utility buttons as link-out icons for the web app, and hide mobile-only utility buttons from the web view

  • Secondary Content Feed: "Content 2" is now supported as a secondary content feed within the web app

  • Shareable Page Links: Share direct URLs to Content and Event pages from the web app, making it easier to point tenants to specific details

  • Hero Image Management: Manage the Hero image separately from the mobile app in Themes for more precise branding control

  • Rich Text Building Descriptions: Building descriptions on the About page now support rich text formatting

  • File Repository on About Page: The About page now supports a file repository, including the ability to choose which files are published to the web app

The Big Picture

February's releases give property teams more financial flexibility, a richer analytics picture, and a more polished web experience. From credit-based booking to concierge-level admin tools and actionable intelligence dashboards, these updates help teams operate smarter, serve tenants better, and make every interaction count.
