User Management: New User Invite Flow

Onboard users more efficiently with the new User Invite Flow, which offers a streamlined and intuitive process for tenant and landlord admins to quickly and easily invite new users to the platform with the appropriate access and permissions.

Resource Booking: Optimized Resource Discovery

Easily discover and reserve resources in HqO! Users now land directly on the resource list—no need to click through filters first. You are still able to refine your search using filters, and the "My Bookings" button lets you quickly access your upcoming reservations.

Visitor Management: Custom Notes for Seamless Check-Ins

Visitor hosts can now add custom notes to ensure building staff are aware of any special instructions enabling seamless coordination and a smoother visitor experience.

Easily communicate directly to tenants through HqO with Informational Emails. Admins can now craft and send rich-text emails directly through the HqO platform, keeping tenants informed about building updates, upcoming events, and important announcements—all in a branded and professional format.
