What’s new

This month, we introduced updates designed to boost operational efficiency and enhance the initial interactions with visitors of your properties and users of the platform. The following features are now available to all existing customers.

Access Control Command Center

Provide tenant and landlord admins with visibility into access control activities across a property. Tenant admins can monitor access to their leased spaces, while landlord admins gain insights into building-wide access patterns.

By providing a consolidated, filterable feed of access activity this feature promotes transparency, accountability, and security. Admins gain access to real-time and historical data, empowering them to address security risks, ensure compliance, and improve operational oversight with confidence.

Visitor Management: Floor and Suite Selection

Enhance the visitor experience by providing clear floor and suite details in their invitation, ensuring they know exactly where to go upon arrival.

This tool allows tenant and landlord admins to manage and display accurate location information for their spaces in admin, reducing confusion, streamlining operations, and creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest.

User Management: New User Invite Flow

Onboard users more efficiently with the New User Invite Flow, which offers a streamlined and intuitive process for tenant and landlord admins to quickly and easily invite new users to the platform with the appropriate access and permissions.

User Management: Data Export

Simplify bulk data and analysis and reporting processes with the ability to easily export user data directly from the Users table.

By respecting all current filters applied to the table, this feature allows admins to download targeted user information tailored to their specific needs, such as selected buildings, companies, or other criteria.
