What’s new

This month we introduced a range of updates designed to enhance user experience, improve functionality, and streamline processes across several key products. The following features are now available to all existing customers.

VIP Visitor Support

HqO Visitor Management now allows you to mark visitors as VIP, giving administrators the ability to manage these visits without needing contact details. This feature adds an extra layer of security and confidentiality by keeping VIP visitors anonymous throughout the process.

Visitor Groups

Save time with visitor groups. Easily create, manage, and invite groups of users to a property. This new functionality makes it easier for administrators to manage multiple visitors at once, particularly for recurring visits or large events, while maintaining control over group details and permissions.

Leesman Survey Accessibility Updates

This release brings significant UX and accessibility enhancements to Leesman’s Occupier surveys, ensuring alignment with the latest WCAG 2.2 standards, which became effective in October 2023. The updates include design, navigation, and functional improvements that make surveys more intuitive and accessible for all users.
