From this page, users can efficiently view, search, and add tenants, streamlining tenant management across multiple assets.

How to Use the Tenant Management Dashboard
Viewing Tenants

Navigate to the Tenant tab in the left hand navigation to see all tenants across your properties.
Tenants are sorted alphabetically for easy browsing.
Using Filters & Search

Search by company name to locate a tenant instantly.
Filter by building to refine the list based on location.
Click the ‘Pin’ Icon to save your filter for the next time you come back to this page
Adding a New Tenant
Click "Add Tenant" and search for the tenants name
If the tenant already exists in our database, we pre-fill some information for you!

Assign the tenant to one or more properties
Add relevant information such as square footage, and email domains
Save the entry, and the new tenant will appear in the list
If your building is published this new tenant will now be able to sign up for the application
