HqO Visitor Management - Settings

Below is an overview of the settings offered in HqO Visitor Management

Settings

• Navigate to Visitor Management page

• To update Visitor Management settings, click the gear icon

• There are three sections of settings

  • General settings - Configure emails settings and default date and times

  • Email template - Configure the visual and language of the email a visitor receives

  • Features - Configure additional visitor features
