Actionfigure Overview

Actionfigure is a mobility feature that allows users to view real-time transit information to ease their commutes. Within the utility, users will be able to find transportation choices all in one place, including buses, subways, ferries, ride services, bikes, and more.

Actionfigure & HqO

By adding ActionFigure to the HqO app, users will be able to view train, buses, car (Uber/Lyft), and bike schedules based on the site location.

Mobile App Experience

• User clicks on the Transit tile (customizable)

• User clicks on Go to Trip Plan

• User can select from menu of trip options and view directions

Configuring Actionfigure

To start the implementation process for this feature, reach out to your Implementation Manager and/or Customer Success Team to let them know of your interest. They will then work on getting the integration set up for your specific building. Once they set it up, they will test the functionality, which might require you to utilize the feature yourself. The integration should be live in 1 - 2 weeks from when you kick off the process.

Currently, the HqO & Actionfigure integration is available globally, but your site’s location must have access to public transportation, bikes, rideshares, etc.
