bGrid Overview

By including bGrid into your suite of products, your end users will be able to access room control, temperature, and other office functionality directly from their HqO app.

HqO & bGrid

HqO supports all of bGrids functionality through a webview integration.

Mobile Experience:

• User clicks ‘Meeting Room Control’ (customizable)

• User will be directed to bGrid UI

• User directed to bGrid flow

Available Functionality:

• Sensoring pickup on occupancy 

• Room booking (via Microsoft 365 integration) 

• Temperature

• Humidity

• CO2 levels

• Room controls: BMS System (light, HVAC, temperature, blinds, privacy glass)

Admin Experience

All Admin experiences will remain in bGrids’ back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app.

Configuring bGrid

To configure bGrid within the HqO app, HqO will need access to the Webview URLs associated with the customer's account (which will be provided by bGrid to HqO).
