Valet Manager Overview

Valet Manager offers a complete end to end platform for your parking operations. It’s cloud-based parking management platform will help meet all of your operational needs

HqO & Valet Manager

The end user workflows will mimic their current Valet Manager experience. Admin Management will have no change to current processes. HqO utilizes a SAML integration with Valet Manager, which will allow end users to bypass a re-authentication step when using the feature.

Mobile Experience

• View parking options in area

• Scan QR codes associated with parking

• Book/edit/cancel parking

Admin Experience

All Admin experiences will remain in Valet Manager’s back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app.

Configuring Valet Manager

To start the implementation process for this feature, reach out to your Implementation Manager and/or Customer Success Team to let them know of your interest. They will then work on getting the integration set up for your specific site. Once the HqO team sets up the integration, they will test the functionality, which might require your assistance.
