Envoy Overview

By including your Cloudgate’s visitor management solution in the HqO experience, your end users will be able to access all their key technology within the HqO app experience to streamline their day-to-day activities.

Envoy & HqO

HqO supports Envoy’s Visitor Registration/Management solution.

Mobile Experience

 In App:

  • User can register a new visitor 

  • Users can view list of existing registered visitors 

  • Visitor receives confirmation email with visit details, building details and directions 

  • Visitor can pre-register through email confirmation

At Kiosk:

  • Visitors can check in at kiosk or tablet

  • Envoy does not provide tablets, customer procures these separately from software

Admin Experience

All Admin experiences will remain in Envoy’s back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app

Configuring Envoy

To set up the Envoy integration, customers will need to go into their Envoy portal to configure the HqO integration.

Step 1: Log into your Envoy instance https://dashboard.envoy.com/

To configure the Envoy <> HqO integration, you must log into your Envoy portal to set up the HqO integration.

If you do not have an Envoy account but are interested in learning more, please reach out to your HqO Customer Sucess Manager

Step 2: Go to “Apps”

Navigate to the “Apps” section of the control panel.

Step 3: Search & “Install” the HqO app

Search for HqO in the apps section. If you have already integrated the HqO app, you can navigate to “Installed apps” to review.

Step 4: Configure the HqO app

After you have “installed” the HqO app, you will need to add the HqO UUID and complete signup.

If you do not know your accounts “HqO building uuid” please reach out to your HqO Customer Success or Implementation Manager.

Step 5: Confirm configuration with HqO

Once you have configured HqO in Envoy, please let your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager know and they will complete the configuration on HqO’s side.

If you do not have Envoy included in your HqO Contract, or you are interested in learning more about the offering from Envoy, please reach out to your HqO Customer Success Manager to learn more.

Currently, the HqO & Envoy integration is available globally.
