Kastle (Visitor Registration)
Kastle Overview
Kastle Visitor Registration allows users to send invitations to visitors coming to their building, including a QR code that can be used a compliant Kastle readers for access.

Kastle & HqO
By adding Kastle….
User can register visitors by submitting visitor name, email, date, time and phone number.
A security manager at the property can view a list of visits for that given day (via Kastle UI)
A visitor will receive an invitation email. If applicable, that email will include a QR code for access the elevator/pass security gates etc
What the Kastle & HqO integration supports:
Permissioned user in HqO can register a new visitor at their building/property
User can add multiple visitors at one time
User must add the following information:
Name
email
start date
start time
end time
Front desk team at property can see a list of daily visits through the Kastle Portal.
A permissioned tenant admin may be able to see upcoming visits to their own company in Kastle portal (depending on Kastle permissions), but those visits will be submitted by “authorizor” or some similar name. It will not indicate which employee submitted.
Please note, the HqO Kastle Visitor Registration Integration does not support:
Phone number as an entry option
Ability to view or edit upcoming or past visits in HqO
Sending status updates
What the Kastle & HqO integration does not support:
Phone number as an entry option
No ability to see upcoming or past visits in HqO
No ability to edit visits in HqO application
No ability to see visits in HqO that you created directly in Kastle portal.
Status updates are not supported in the HqO application
Regional Availability
Our Kastle integration is only available in North America.
How to Set Up Kastle Visitor Registration in HqO
Contact your Kastle representative to inform them that you would like to set up the Kastle Visitor Registration integration in HqO, and that you will need a Visitor Connect account. Once the Kastle Visitor Connect account has been created, please contact your HqO representative for next steps.
Also, please ask Kastle provide the following after the Visitor Connect account has been delivered:
Owner GUID (specific to each property)
System Username
System Password
Once this information is collected, please share it with your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager to complete the configuration in HqO.
