Configuring Angus
To configure Angus within the HqO app, HqO will need access to the SSO URLs associated with the customer's account (which will be provided by Angus to HqO).
Please provide the following information:
Account name in Angus
Address associated with Angus account
Main customer point of contact on Angus account
Which modules (Work Orders, Visitor Registration, Resource Booking) you would like to integrate
Once this information is collected, please share it with your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager to complete the configuration in HqO.
Angus Account Permissions
The Angus integration will support any users who have Tenant Employee access to Angus and an HqO account. This will be matched to the email for identification.
Property Managers / Admins who have accounts with Angus will need to update their permissions to allow them to use the new Angus <> HqO integration.
