Bluepoint (Yardi)

Bluepoint Overview

By including your Bluepoint (Yardi) visitor management solution in the HqO experience, your end users will be able to access all their key technology within the HqO app experience to streamline their day-to-day activities.

Bluepoint (Yardi) & HqO

HqO supports Bluepoint’s Visitor Registration/Management solution.

Mobile Experience

  • User can register a new visitor 

  • Users can view list of existing registered visitors 

  • Visitor receives confirmation email with visit details, building details and directions 

  • Visitor can pre-register through email confirmation

At Kiosk (Optional):

  • Visitors can check in at kiosk or tablet

Admin Experience

All Admin experiences will remain in Bluepoint’s back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app.

Configuring Bluepoint (Yardi)

To configure Bluepoint (Yardi) within the HqO app, the following information will need to be collected:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • Building/Account ID

To gather this information, please reach out to your Bluepoint (Yardi) representative. Please include your HqO Customer Success Manager and/or Implementation Manager to answer any questions.

Once this information is collected, please share it with your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager to complete the configuration in HqO. 

If you do not have Bluepoint included in your HqO Contract, or you are interested in learning more about the offering from Bluepoint, please reach out to your HqO Customer Success Manager to learn more.

Currently, the HqO & Bluepont integration is available in Europe and expanding to North America.
