HqO & MappedIn

HqO supports MappedIns solution through a webview integration.

Mobile Experience:

• View indoor map

• View multiple floors

• View location information for amenities on map

• Directions visible on map

• Step-by-step directions

Admin Experience

All Admin experiences will remain in MappedIn’s back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app.

Configuring MappedIn

To set up the MappedIn integration, customers must provide HqO with the URL for their instance of the map.
