By including your Datawatch suite of products (Mobile Access, Visitor Management, and Resource Booking) in the HqO experience, your end users will be able to access all their key technology within the HqO app experience to streamline their day-to-day activities.

Datawatch & HqO

HqO supports Datwatch’s Mobile Access, Visitor Management, and Resource Booking solutions.

Mobile Experience

Visitor Management

• Register Guest 

  • Select Visitor Registration 

  • Pre-register guests, send guests visitor invitations

• View and track existing guest reservations 

  • Check status of visitors 

  • Receive notification of guest arriving

  • Send QR code to access the building

Resource Booking

• Reserve Resources:

  • View available resources 

  • Book resources that are available 

• View Resources 

  • View your reservation 

• Modify Reservations

  • Update, adjust, and cancel reservation

Admin Experience

All Admin experiences will remain in Datawatch’s back office. HqO only supports the Tenant/End User experience via the HqO mobile app.

Configuring Datawatch

To configure Datawatch within the HqO app, HqO will need access to the SSO URLs associated with the customer's account (which will be provided by Datawatch to HqO).

Please provide the following information:

• Account name in Datawatch

• Address associated with Datawatch account

• Which modules (Mobile Access, Visitor Registration, Resource Booking) you would like to integrate
